ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE RESULTS OF
THE CAPITAL INCREASE WITHOUT PRE-EMPTIVE RIGHTS ("PMTHMETD")
PT WIJAYA CAHAYA TIMBER TBK (“COMPANY”)

Referring to the Disclosure of Information on PMTHMETD, the Company hereby announces the results of
the PMTHMETD implementation through an inbreng method of assets, in compliance with the provisions of
Article 43B of the Financial Services Authority Regulation ("POJK") No. 32/POJK.04/2015 concerning
Capital Increases in Public Companies with Pre-Emptive Rights, as amended by POJK No.
14/POJK.04/2019 concerning Amendments to OJK Regulation No. 32/POJK.04/2015 concerning Capital
Increases in Public Companies with Pre-Emptive Rights. Accordingly, the Company hereby submits the
following information on the implementation results of the PMTHMETD:

PT Tri Tunggal Laksana

The Company will receive assets in the form of
production machinery and eguipment, which will be
directly utilized to strengthen the Company's capital
structure by increasing the value of fixed assets that
support the Company's operations, as well as to
support the Company's business expansion,
particularly through the enhancement of production
capacity by adding new production facilities in the
form of machinery and eguipment received via
inbreng.

Following the implementation of PMTHMETD, the Company's issued and paid-up capital shall increase to
IDR 196,300,000,000 (one hundred ninety-six billion three hundred million Rupiah).
