Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (“INDF”) pada tanggal 24 Juni
2025 tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai disampaikan bahwa sesuai hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Tahunan INDF pada tanggal 20 Juni 2025, INDF menyampaikan rencana pembagian Dividen

OF STRUCTURED WARRANT INDFDRCX6A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk (“INDF”) dated 24th June
2025, related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend it was conveyed that the Annual General Meeting
of Shareholders of INDF dated 20th June 2025, has resolved, INDF had a plan for the distribution of
dividends for the fiscal year 2024, which will be paid as follows:
