Berdasarkan Surat PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. S-00977/BEI.PLP/01-2025 tanggal 31 Januari 2025
perihal Sanksi Suspensi Efek atas Tidak Dipenuhinya Ketentuan Free Float, dan guna memenuhi Ketentuan
III.5.2.1. dan III.5.2.3., Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa sampai dengan tanggal Keterbukaan Informasi ini,
pemenuhan kewajiban Sell-down yang secara bersamaan dapat meningkatkan bisnis merupakan proses
yang kompleks dan oleh karenanya sampai saat ini belum dapat dirampungkan. Perseroan bersama
pemegang saham utama mengevaluasi metode-metode dan upaya-upaya lain sehingga sampai saat ini masih
menjadi target untuk menentukan dan menyediakan rencana konkrit untuk memenuhi Ketentuan Free Float
tersebut.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,
kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik:
Tidak ada dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha
Perseroan.

Regarding the Recovery Plan of the Condition that Caused the Suspension of Shares of PT Multifiling Mitra
Indonesia Tbk (“Company”), we hereby convey the following:

Disclosure of Information regarding the Recovery Plan of the Condition that Caused the Suspension of the
Company’s Shares.
Description of Material Information or Facts:
Based on PT Bursa Efek Indonesia letter No. S-00977/BEI.PLP/01-2025 dated 31 January 2025 regarding
Securities Suspension Sanctions for Non-fulfillment of Free Float Provisions, and in order to comply with
Provisions III.5.2.1. and III.5.2.3., the Company convey that until the date of this Information Disclosure,
the fulfillment of Sell-down obligations which can simultaneously improve business is a complex process
and therefore until now it has not been completed. The Company together with a major shareholder are
evaluating other methods and efforts so that until now it is still a target to determine and provide a concrete
plan to fulfill the Free Float Provision.
The impact of such events, information or material facts on the operational activities, legal, financial
condition, or business continuity of the Issuer or Public Company:
There is no impact on the operational activities, legal, financial condition, or business continuity of the
Company.
