Klarifikasi atas kebenaran berita tersebut. PT Bank Jago Tbk Menanggapi pemberitaan di media massa Bisnis.com pada tanggal 10 Juli 2026 yang berjudul “Bank Jago (ARTO) Buka Suara Soal Isu Merger BFI Finance” sebagaimana dirujuk dalam Surat BEI, Perusahaan menyatakan tidak memiliki informasi yang dapat diungkapkan mengenai adanya rencana merger antara PT Bank Jago Tbk dengan PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk, maupun mengenai pendekatan dari investor asing atau institusi keuangan tertentu seperti yang diulas dalam pemberitaan tersebut. Informasi yang berkaitan dengan aktivitas atau keputusan pemegang saham merupakan ranah masing-masing pemegang saham dan berada di luar kewenangan Perusahaan untuk memberikan tanggapan lebih lanjut. Jakarta Selatan Dear Sir, With reference to the reguest for clarification by the Indonesia Stock Exchange via letter number S-08220/BEI.PP3/07-2026 dated July 10, 2026, regarding the Reguest for Clarification on Media Coverage (“IDX Letter”), PT Bank Jago Tbk (the “Company”) hereby submits its response as follows: 1. Clarification on the fact of the news: In response to the media report by Bisnis.com dated July 10, 2026, entitled “Bank Jago (ARTO) Speaks Up Regarding BFI Finance Merger Rumors," as referred to in the IDX Letter, the Company states that it does not have any information that can be disclosed regarding the rumored merger plan between Bank Jago and BFI Finance, nor regarding any approaches from foreign investors or certain financial institutions as reviewed in the said report.
