Sehubungan dengan surat dari PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“BEI”) No. S-06448/BEI.PLP/06-2025 tanggal
26 Juni 2025 perihal Reminder Penyampaian Keterbukaan Informasi Mengenai Rencana Pemulihan
Kondisi yang Menyebabkan Suspensi Efek, berikut kami sampaikan keterbukaan informasi terkait
rencana pemulihan kondisi penyebab suspensi saham Perseroan di pasar reguler dan pasar tunai:
In relation to the letter from Indonesia Stock Exchange (“IDX”) No S-06448/BEI.PLP/06-2025 dated
June 26, 2025 regarding Reminder of Disclosure of Information Regarding Recovery Plan for
Conditions Causing Suspension of Securities, here is, we disclose information on recovery plan for
condition causing suspension of Company's shares in regular and cash market:
1. Bahwa pada tanggal 31 Januari 2025, melalui Surat Pengumuman Bursa No. Peng-S-
00003/BEI.PLP/01-2025 mengenai Penghentian Sementara Perdagangan Efek, BEI telah
melakukan suspensi atas saham Perseroan dikarenakan belum memenuhi ketentuan free float
sebagaimana disyaratkan dalam ketentuan V.1 Peraturan BEI No. I-A ("Ketentuan Freе Float").
On January 31, 2025, through Exchange Announcement Letter No. Peng-S-00003/BEI.PLP/01-
2025 regarding the Temporary Suspension of Securities Trading, IDX suspended the Company's
shares due to non-compliance with the free float requirements as stipulated in provisions V.1 of
IDX Regulation No. I-A ('Free Float Requirements').

2. Untuk memperbaiki kondisi sebagaimana dimaksud dalam poin 1 di atas, Perseroan telah
menyusun rencana pemulihan sebagai berikut:
To address the situation described in point 1 above, the Company has prepared a recovery plan
as follows:
Perseroan telah mengambil langkah konkret melalui pelaksanaan Penambahan Modal dengan
Hak Memesan Efek Terlebih Dahulu (“PMHMETD”) atau Rights Issue. Perseroan telah memperoleh
Pernyataan Efektif dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (“OJK”) pada tanggal 11 Juni 2025, dan saat ini
proses pelaksanaan Rights Issue masih berlangsung. Hingga tanggal surat ini, berikut adalah
rincian pelaksanaan yang telah dilakukan oleh investor publik:
The Company has taken concrete steps by implementing a Capital Increase through Pre-Emptive
Rights (“PMHMETD” or Rights Issue). The Company obtained an Effective Statement from the
Financial Services Authority (“OJK”) on June 11, 2025, and the Rights Issue exercise is currently
ongoing. As of the date of this letter, the following exercises have been carried out by public
investors:

Melalui pelaksanaan Rights Issue ini, Perseroan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan jumlah saham
yang dimiliki oleh pemegang saham publik, sehingga diharapkan Perseroan dapat memenuhi
ketentuan minimum free float sebagaimana diwajibkan oleh PT Bursa Efek Indonesia.
Through this Rights Issue, the Company aims to increase the number of shares held by public
shareholders, thereby enabling the Company to meet the minimum free float requirements as
mandated by the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Rights Issue ini merupakan bagian dari komitmen Perseroan untuk memulihkan kondisi yang
menyebabkan suspensi perdagangan saham serta memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan
yang berlaku. Perseroan akan terus melaporkan perkembangan pelaksanaan aksi korporasi ini
kepada OJK dan BEI sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.
This Rights Issue is part of the Company’s commitment to rectify the conditions that led to the
suspension of its share trading and to ensure compliance with applicable regulations. The
Company will continue to report the progress of this corporate action to the OJK and IDX in
accordance with applicable regulations.
