            Elnusa Introduces Modern Archiving Services through Its
                        Subsidiary, PT Sigma Cipta Utama
South Tangerang, July 1, 2025 – PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA), through its subsidiary PT Sigma Cipta Utama (SCU), reinforces its position as a national
strategic archive management service provider by inaugurating the renovation of the SKK Migas Main Archive Center. The event was held on June
17, 2025, at SCU's Main Operation Office, Taman Tekno BSD, South Tangerang.

As part of the Elnusa Group, SCU possesses leading competencies in information management and archiving services, particularly in upstream oil
and gas archives, which are vital to national energy resilience. The inauguration marks the completion of a dedicated workspace for archivists and
the enhancement of archiving infrastructure that now meets the standards of comfort, security, and organization to support productivity.

SCU Director Didik Purwanto stated, “This initiative reflects the company’s commitment to improving the quality of upstream oil and gas archive
management services. The enhancement of both physical and digital infrastructure demonstrates our real efforts toward a professional and
integrated document governance transformation,” said Didik.

During the visit, stakeholders from SKK Migas expressed their appreciation for SCU’s efforts, acknowledging its ability to meet the challenges of
strategic archive management through a professional, adaptive, and accountable approach. With state-of-the-art facilities and modern archiving
systems, SCU continues to solidify its role as a trusted partner in supporting operational efficiency within the upstream oil and gas industry.

Angelika Ratna Sari, Head of the Office Facilities and Finance Division of SKK Migas, remarked in her speech, “We highly appreciate SCU for fulfilling
its commitment to providing archival management facilities with the highest standards and quality. SKK Migas will continue to coordinate on the
maintenance of supporting archiving infrastructure to ensure the delivery of excellent services in the preservation and protection of archival
records,” she stated.
