Selanjutnya Perseroan melakukan pembelian saham RMP
milik Penjual sebanyak 2.099 lembar saham. Sehingga
kepemilikan saham Perseroan di RMP menjadi 5.249 lembar
saham atau 99,98%
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Di tengah persaingan yang cukup ketat dalam bidang properti,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja Perseroan maka
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Perseroan perlu untuk melakukan transaksi tersebut guna
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau mengembangkan usaha yang sedang berjalan sehingga
Perusahaan Publik memberikan dampak positif kepada Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or Prior to the transaction, the Company owned 3,150 shares,
Facts representing 60% ownership in RMP (a subsidiary).
Subsequently, the Company acquired 2,099 shares of RMP
from the Seller. Following the completion of the transaction,
the Companys ownership in RMP increased to 5,249 shares,
equivalent to 99.98% of RMP issued and paid-up capital.
