Perseroan) dan PT Nusantara Bina Silika (NBS), entitas anak
langsung Perseroan sehubungan dengan investasi Usaha
Pertambangan Pasir Kuarsa.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penandatanganan Perjanjian Perusahaan Patungan dan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan pendirian Perusahaan Patungan belum atau tidak memiliki
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, dampak material terhadap operasional, kondisi finansial,
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kelangsungan usaha dan hukum. Dampak operasional,
Perusahaan Publik keuangan, kelangsungan usaha dan dampak hukum dapat
terjadi setelah realisasi dan perkembangan investasi dari
waktu ke waktu, dengan tetap memperhatikan ketentuan
hukum dan perundangan yang berlaku di Indonesia.

(KBK), PT Danau Buntar Kuarsa (DBK), PT Kendawangan
Prima Silika (KPS), (KBK, DBK dan KPS, in-direct Companys
subsdiaries) and PT Nusantara Bina Silika (NBS), the
Company subsidiary relating to the investment on the
investment on silica business mining.
Impact of event, material information or The signing of the Mandatory Loan Conversion Agreement
