Cahyadi Wana sebagai Sekretaris Perusahaan Perseroan
yang baru menggantikan Ibu Lydia Jessica Toisuta, terhitung
sejak tanggal 1 Juli 2025, berdasarkan Surat Keputusan
Direksi No. 001/DIR-ASH/0625 tertanggal 4 Juni 2025.

following Material Information or Facts regarding changes of
the Company's Corporate Secretary namely Mr. Arief Cahyadi
Wana as the new Corporate Secretary of the Company
replacing Ms. Lydia Toisuta effective July 1, 2025, with
reference to the Board of Directors Resolution No. 001/DIR-
ASH/0625 dated June 4, 2025.
