2025, with reference to the Board of Directors Resolution No. 001/DIR-ASH/0625 dated June 4, 2025.
This disclosure is made pursuant to Article 4 Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 regarding Corporate
Secretary of Issuer or Public Company. The change of the Company’s Corporate Secretary has no impact
on the Company's business activities, operations, and growth.
