Increase sales Perseroan dengan entitas anaknya terus berusaha meningkatkan
penjualan onlinenya dengan meningkatkan penjualan melalui Live-
Sales. Aktifitas terkait penjualan online Live-Sales tersebut
dilakukan, antara lain dengan: / The Company and its subsidiaries
continue to strive to increase its online sales by increasing sales
through Live-Sales. Activities related to online sales of Live-Sales
are carried out, among others, by:
1) Meningkatkan intensitas Live-sales setiap harinya selain
momen-momen khusus untuk meningkatkan interaksi dengan

increase customer engagement and interaction.
2) Menyediakan konten yang lebih menarik dan interaktif selama
Live-sales. / Provide more interesting and interactive content
during Live-sales.
3) Menawarkan produk eksklusif dan diskon spesial selama Live-
sales. / Offer exclusive products and special discounts during
Live-sales.

4) Melakukan aktifitas Live-sales di toko offline untuk
meningkatkan perhatian dan pengalaman pelanggan serta
memungkinkan komunikasi langsung dengan para calon
pelanggan. / Conducting Live-sales activities in offline stores to
increase customer awareness and experience, as well as
enable direct communication with potential customers.
b. Penjualan Offline / Offline Sales
Guna meningkatkan penjualan Offline, Perseroan berencana untuk
melakukan: / In order to increase offline sales, the Company plans
to carry out:
1) Dengan membuka select store yaitu toko yang menjual gawai
yang menunjang gaya hidup smart technology. / By opening a
select store, namely a store that sells gadgets that support a
smart technology lifestyle.
2) Perseroan juga akan mengembangkan jaringan toko dengan
menambahkan toko dan melakukan renovasi yang diperlukan
untuk peningkatkan kinerja bisnis Perseroan. / The Company
will also develop a store network by adding stores and carrying
out renovations as needed to improve the Company's business
performance.
3) Perseroan akan memperkuat program pemasaran melalui
media sosial, B2B, eksibisi, dan peluncuran produk baru.
Perseroan juga akan mengoptimalkan peran media sosial
melalui pengelolaan akun, iklan, promosi, penambahan
follower, dan konten yang lebih menarik untuk meningkatkan
kinerja bisnis Perseroan. / The Company will strengthen its
marketing program through social media, B2B, exhibitions, and
new product launches. The Company will also optimize the role
of social media through account management, advertising,

promotions, adding followers, and more interesting content to
improve the Company's business performance.
2 Pembayaran cicilan pokok ke - Pembayaran kepada kreditor perbankan terus dilakukan secara teratur -
kreditor perbankan / Payment of yang disesuaikan dengan hasil operasi bisnis. Sampai dengan bulan Mei
