Hong Kong Branch (“KBHK”) pada Tahun

KBHK merupakan salah satu Kantor Cabang Luar Negeri dari Kookmin Bank Co. Ltd., Pemegang Saham Pengendali Perseroan. On June 26, 2025, the Company repaid the Subordinated Loan in amount of Rp 3.000.000.000.000 (Three Trillion Rupiah) previously received by the Company from Kookmin Bank Hong Kong Branch (“KBHK”) in 2022 and registered by the Company as the Company's Supplementary Capital (Tier 2). KBHK is one of the Overseas Branch Offices of Kookmin Bank Co. Ltd., the Controlling Shareholder of the Company. Kegiatan usaha dan opersional Perseroan tetap berjalan dengan normal seperti biasa. The Company's business and operational activities continue as normal.
