Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Republik Indonesia Nomor 4 Tahun 2024 Tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka. 4. Perseroan belum memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat. 5. Sampai dengan saat ini, Perseroan tidak memiliki Informasiffakta/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi harga efek Perseroan serta kelangsungan hidup Perseroan yang belum diungkapkan kepada publik. 6.
