The Company has fully repaid the Bond II Phase II Series A amounting to Rp150,540,000,000 (one hundred Fifty billion five hundred forty million rupiah) through PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI), which matures on July 12, 2026. For information, the Bond II Phase I Series A was issued on June 23, 2025 with a principal amount of Rp150,540,000,000 (one hundred fifty billion five hundred forty million rupiah) and a fixed interest rate of 7.204 (seven point two zero percent) per annum with a period of 370 Calendar Days from the Issuance Date.
