pelunasan atas pinjaman berdasarkan Perjanjian tertanggal 28
Juni 2021, yang mana Perjanjian tersebut telah mengalami
beberapa kali perubahan, perubahan Perjanjian Pinjaman
Pertama tertanggal 12 Oktober 2021, perubahan Perjanjian
Kedua tertanggal 30 Juni 2022, dan perubahan Perjanjian
Ketiga tertanggal 28 Juni 2024 ("Perjanjian Kredit") sebesar
USD 16,000,000,- (enam belas Juta Dollar), dengan
menandatangani Surat Pelunasan atas Fasilitas Pinjaman
dengan CGI Holdings Limited ("CGI")
