Woori Bank Strengthens Support for Bank Woori Saudara Through Long-Term Financing

Jakarta, June 2025 – To strengthen company’s financial structure and support sustainable
business growth, the Company has received approval from Bank Indonesia to obtain long-term
funding from Woori Bank and its affiliated overseas branches of up to USD 500 million. This
funding will be used to support the Company’s core business activities in accordance with its
Articles of Association.

This funding reflects Woori Bank’s strategic plan to reinforcing its support for BWS as part of the
Woori Financial Group’s global network.

It also aligns with BWS’s strategy to diversify long-term funding sources and reduce reliance on
short-term funding. With a strong liquidity structure, the Company can continue to grow its
business in a sound manner while meeting financial ratios set by regulators.

The entire funding process is carried out transparently, upholding the principles of Good
Corporate Governance (GCG), and fully complying with all regulations and laws in Indonesia. As
part of its long-term commitment to the Indonesian market, BWS remains focused on
