Pinjaman Subordinasi Perpetual/Tanpa
Jangka Waktu dengan Kookmin Bank Co.
Ltd. (“KBH@”) dan melakukan pencairan
pinjamandi hari yang sama sebesar Rp
3.000.000.000.000 (Tiga Triliyun Rupiah).

Pengendali Perseroan, yang memegang
kepemilikan sebesar 66,88Y4.
Hasil dari pencairan Pinjaman Subordinasi
Perpetual/Tanpa Jangka Waktu akan
didaftarkan oleh Perseroan sebagai
instrumen modal inti tambahan (additional
tier-1 capital) posisi Juni 2025 kepada
Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dengan tujuan
untuk menambah dan memperkuat modal
Perseroan.
KBHG is the Controlling Shareholder of the
Company, holding an ownership of 66.884.
On June 26, 2025, the Company signed a
Subordinated Perpetual Loan Agreement
with Kookmin Bank Co. Ltd. ("KBH@) and
disbursed the loan on the same day in the
amount of Rp 3.000.000.000.000 (Three
Trillion Rupiah).
Subordinated Perpetual Loan drawdown
procees will be registered by the Company
as an additional tier-1 capital instrument in
June 2025 to the Financial Services
Authority with the aim of increasing and
strengthening the Company's capital.
Kegiatan usaha dan opersional Perseroan
tetap berjalan dengan normal seperti biasa.

activities continue as normal.
