Mengacu pada Peraturan OJK No. 55/POJK.04/2015 tentang Pembentukan dan Pedoman Pelaksanaan
Kerja Komite Audit, bersama ini kami informasikan bahwa berdasarkan Keputusan Dewan Komisaris
Perusahaan No. 029/MSL-SK/VI/2025 tertanggal 24 Juni 2025, Perusahaan telah melakukan perubahan
susunan Komite Audit Perusahaan efektif per tanggal 24 Juni 2025, dengan perubahan sebagai berikut:

PT MSIG LIFE INSURANCE INDONESIA TBK
Referring to OJK Regulation No. 55/POJK.04/2015 concerning the Establishment and Guidelines for
the Implementation on Work of Audit Committee, we herewith inform that based on the Decision of
the Company’s Board of Commissioners No. 029/MSL-SK/VI/2025 dated June 24th, 2025, the Company
has made changes to the composition of Company’s Audit Committee effective as of June 24, 2025
with changes as follows:
