Berdasarkan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dan POJK No.33/POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten dan Perusahaan Terbuka, Perseroan akan menyelenggarakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) dalam jangka waktu paling lama 90 hari kalender setelah diterimanya surat pengunduran diri./ On June 25, 2025, the Company received a letter of resignation from Mr. Esmal Diansyah and Mr. Priyadarshi Anand as the Company's Director.
