Sebelum dilakukan Transaksi, susunan pemegang saham KSM adalah sebagai berikut: Type of information The transfer of shares of PT Kurnia Sinergi Mas (“KSM”) owned by PT Kurniasubur Permai (“KSP”) as the Seller, an indirect Subsidiary of the Company, to Sinarmas Land (HK) Limited as the Buyer (“Transaction”).
