Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik; dan (ii) Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuers or
Pasal 17 ayat (1) Peraturan OJK No. 2 Tahun 2024 Public Companies; and (ii) Article 17 paragraph (1) of
tentang Penerapan Tata Kelola Syariah Bagi Bank OJK Regulation No. 2 of 2024 on the Implementation
Umum Syariah dan Unit Usaha Syariah, bersama ini of Sharia Governance for Sharia Commercial Banks
disampaikan bahwa pada hari Kamis, tanggal 26 Juni and Sharia Business Units, we hereby inform you

jabatannya selaku Anggota DPS Perseroan; his position as Member of the SSB of the
Company;
c. Bapak Dr. Yulizar Djamaluddin Sanrego, M.Ec. c. Mr. Dr. Yulizar Djamaluddin Sanrego, M.Ec.
dari jabatannya selaku Anggota DPS Perseroan; from his position as Member of the SSB of the
