resignation letter from Mr. David Alfa Perdana, S.E., Ak., as a
member of the Companys Audit Committee, effective as of
June 16, 2025. In accordance with applicable regulations, the
Company intends to appoint Mr. Irwan Adhitya Admadja, S.E.,
M.Ak., BKP., as his successor.
