                PT MNC Energy Investments Tbk’s
                    AGMS and EGMS Results
Jakarta, June 24, 2025 - PT MNC Energy Investments Tbk (the "Company" or IDX: IATA) today convened its Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) to approve the Board of Directors’ Annual Report, including the Sustainability
Report and the Board of Commissioners’ Supervisory Duties Report for the Financial Year ended on December 31, 2024.
The AGMS also approved and ratified the Company’s Financial Statements for the 2024 Financial Year.
In 2024, IATA posted revenue of USD117.89 million. The Company recorded a net profit of USD7.68 million, and achieved
an EBITDA margin of 19.13%.
The Company's coal production rose to 4,056,191 MT throughout 2024, with a sales volume of 3,479,143 MT from
mining business permits (IUPs) managed by the Company. As of year-end 2024, IATA’s proven coal reserves stood at
an impressive 294,230,000 million MT. The 2025 production target of 4,200,000 MT is driven by increased output from
PT Putra Muba Coal (PMC), PT Indonesia Batu Prima Energi (IBPE), and PT Arthaco Prima Energy (APE), aligned with rising
market demand and the Company’s commitment to reinforcing its position in the coal industry.
The Company remains committed to expanding its trading network through strategic partnerships, while
simultaneously developing renewable energy initiatives on post-mining land, such as the utilization of solar panels and
wind energy (windmills). The Company is currently exploring collaboration opportunities with reputable firms in the
renewable energy sector. Through its trading division, the Company sold 450,000 MT of coal in 2024, with projected
sales volume reaching 750,000 MT in 2025.
In addition, the AGMS approved the resignation of Mr. Michael Stefan Dharmajaya from his position as the
Commissioner of the Company and Mr. Kushindrarto from his role as the Director of the Company (effective as of
February 28, 2025), as well as approved and determined Mrs. Santi Paramita who previously served as the Director to
be appointed as the Commissioner of the Company. The AGMS appointed Mr. Amin Mansur as the Commissioner, Mr.
Kahar Chua as the Vice President Director, also Mr. Anthony Putra Tjiptodihardjo and Mr. Andrea Frans Tambunan as the
new Directors of the Company.
Thus, the new composition of IATA’s Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors is as follows:

Following the AGMS, IATA held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) and has approved a Capital
Increase Without Pre-Emptive Rights (Private Placement) of up to 3,127,582,909 shares, in accordance with capital
market regulations, particularly the Regulation of Indonesian Financial Services Authority (POJK) No. 14/POJK.04/2019
dated April 29, 2019.
