menyelenggarakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan
(RUPST) pada tanggal 20 Juni 2025. Dalam rapat tersebut,
para pemegang saham menyetujui Laporan Tahunan
Perseroan dan laporan keuangan yang telah diaudit untuk
tahun buku yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2024.
RUPST juga memutuskan bahwa laba bersih Perseroan akan
dicatat sebagai laba ditahan untuk mendukung kebutuhan
pendanaan sejalan dengan rencana Perseroan untuk
memperkuat struktur permodalan dan mendorong
pengembangan bisnis di seluruh lini operasional. Hal ini
termasuk meningkatkan produksi konten orisinil untuk
mempercepat potensi pertumbuhan platform digital Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk (MSIN or the Company)
Facts convened its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
(AGMS) on June 20, 2025. During the meeting, shareholders
acknowledged and approved the Companys Annual Report
and the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending
December 31, 2024. The AGMS also decided that the
Companys net income will be recorded as retained earnings to
support funding requirements in line with the Companys plans
to strengthen its capital structure and drive business
development across all operational lines. This includes
increasing original content production to accelerate the growth
potential of the Companys digital platforms.
