PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN WARAN TERSTRUKTUR
INKPDRCN5A, INKPDRCQ5A, DAN INKPDRCF6A
Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk (“INKP”) pada tanggal 18 Juni
2025 tentang Aksi Koprporasi – Dividen Tunai.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan Waran Terstruktur INKPDRCN5A, INKPDRCQ5A dan
INKPDRCF6A, sebagaimana disebutkan dalam Term Sheet dan Bagian 3 Prospektus Waran
Terstruktur, maka tidak ada penyesuaian yang akan dilakukan untuk waran terstruktur INKPDRCN5A,
INKPDRCQ5A dan INKPDRCF6A sehubungan dengan pembagian Dividen Tunai.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya
akan berlaku.

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
INKPDRCN5A, INKPDRCQ5A, DAN INKPDRCF6A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk (“INKP”) dated 18th June 2025,
related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend
In accordance to the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrant INKPDRCN5A, INKPDRCQ5A and
INKPDRCF6A as stated in the Term Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of Structured Warrant, no
adjustment will be made to structured warrant INKPDRCN5A, INKPDRCQ5A and INKPDRCF6A
pursuant to the Cash Dividend.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions
therein shall prevail.
