Perseroan, bersama ini kami informasikan bahwa
berdasarkan:
1. Surat No. SSI/BAE-0349/25 tertanggal 16 Juni 2025
dari PT Sharestar Indonesia selaku Biro Administrasi Efek
Perseroan perihal Pengurangan Modal Ditempatkan dan
Disetor PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (terlampir);
2. Surat dari Bursa Efek Indonesia S-06090/BEI.
PP2/06-2025 tertanggal 18 Juni 2025 perihal Persetujuan
Penghapusan Pencatatan Sebagian Saham Perseroan
(terlampir); dan
3. Pengumuman Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Peng-P-
01076/BEI.PP2/06-2025 (terlampir);
telah dilakukan penghapusan modal disetor sejumlah

reduction of the Company issued and paid-up capital, we
hereby inform you that based on:
1. Letter No. SSI/BAE-0349/25 dated June 16, 2025, from PT
Sharestar Indonesia as the Company Securities Administration
Bureau concerning the Reduction of Issued and Paid-Up
Capital of PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (attached);
2. Letter from the Indonesia Stock Exchange S-
06090/BEI.PP2/06-2025 dated June 18, 2025, regarding the
Approval of Partial Delisting of the Company Shares
(attached); and
3. Announcement from the Indonesia Stock Exchange No.
Peng-P-01076/BEI.PP2/06-2025 (attached);
a reduction of paid-up capital totaling 1,013,600 shares, as
recorded in the Company Shareholder Register and on the
