WA Blast BPJS Kesehatan
Jakarta, 24 Juni 2025 – PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk., (JAST) resmi mendapatkan kepercayaan
dari BPJS Kesehatan untuk menggarap proyek pengembangan dan implementasi sistem
WhatsApp Blast (WA Blast).
Dalam proyek ini, Jasnita akan bertanggung jawab atas penyediaan layanan menyeluruh,
mencakup:
• Penyediaan dan konfigurasi server untuk mendukung pengiriman pesan massal yang
handal dan aman
• Instalasi server di Data Center (DC) BPJS Kesehatan
• Persiapan aktivasi nomor resmi WhatsApp Blast sebagai kanal komunikasi digital
langsung ke peserta
• Integrasi API ke Meta (WhatsApp Business API) guna memastikan konektivitas sistem
yang lancar dan sesuai standar global
Sebagai partner resmi Meta (WhatsApp Business Solution Provider), JAST telah
berpengalaman dalam membantu institusi pemerintah, BUMN, dan korporasi nasional
membangun sistem komunikasi digital berbasis WhatsApp. Didukung oleh tim developer dan
IT yang berpengalaman di berbagai proyek berskala nasional, JAST menjamin implementasi
layanan ini berjalan optimal, cepat, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional BPJS Kesehatan.
WA Blast akan digunakan oleh BPJS Kesehatan untuk berbagai kebutuhan strategis, seperti
pengingat pembayaran iuran, edukasi program REHAB (Rencana Pembayaran Bertahap),
penyampaian hasil skrining kesehatan, serta mendukung FKTP dalam pengendalian rujukan
dan pemantauan peserta Prolanis.
Layanan ini direncanakan akan resmi diluncurkan pada 1 Juli 2025, dan akan menjadi salah
satu kanal komunikasi digital utama BPJS Kesehatan dalam meningkatkan keterhubungan
dengan peserta JKN di seluruh Indonesia.
Dengan kapabilitas teknis, pengalaman industri, dan kepatuhan terhadap standar keamanan
data, proyek ini diharapkan memperkuat transformasi digital BPJS Kesehatan secara
menyeluruh.

BPJS Kesehatan WhatsApp Blast (WA Blast)
Jakarta, June 24, 2025 – PT Jasnita Telekomindo Tbk. (JAST) has officially been entrusted by
BPJS Kesehatan to manage the development and implementation of the WhatsApp Blast (WA
Blast) system.
In this project, Jasnita will be responsible for delivering comprehensive services, including:
• Provision and configuration of servers to support reliable and secure mass messaging;
• Server installation at BPJS Kesehatan’s Data Center (DC)
• Preparation and activation of official WhatsApp Blast numbers as a direct digital
communication channel to participants
• API integration with Meta (WhatsApp Business API) to ensure smooth system connectivity
in accordance with global standards
As an official partner of Meta (WhatsApp Business Solution Provider), JAST has extensive
experience assisting government institutions, state-owned enterprises, and national
corporations in building WhatsApp-based digital communication systems. Supported by a
skilled developer and IT team with experience in large-scale national projects, JAST guarantees
the implementation of this service to be optimal, fast, and aligned with BPJS Kesehatan’s
operational needs.
WA Blast will be used by BPJS Kesehatan for various strategic purposes, such as payment
reminder notifications, education on the REHAB program (Installment Payment Plan), delivery
of health screening results, as well as supporting Primary Healthcare Facilities (FKTP) in
managing referrals and monitoring Prolanis participants.
This service is scheduled to officially launch on July 1, 2025, and will become one of BPJS
Kesehatan’s main digital communication channels to enhance connectivity with JKN
participants across Indonesia.
With technical capabilities, industry experience, and compliance with data security standards,
this project is expected to strengthen BPJS Kesehatan’s comprehensive digital transformation.
