Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material 1. Dana untuk pembayaran pokok Obligasi III PT. Hino
Finance Indonesia Tahun 2024 Seri A yang akan jatuh tempo
pada tanggal 15 Juli 2025 sebesar Rp 342.895.000.000 (tiga
ratus empat puluh dua milyar delapan ratus sembilan puluh
lima juta Rupiah) tersedia pada saat akan jatuh tempo sesuai
ketentuan;
2. Sumber dana yang akan digunakan untuk
pembayaran Obligasi tersebut berasal dari dana operasional
Perusahaan;
3. Sampai saat ini tidak ada keputusan atau hal penting
lainnya yang dilakukan oleh manajemen Perusahaan terkait
hal-hal tersebut di atas.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak negatif terhadap Perseroan terkait dengan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan informasi ini. Laporan ini dilakukan untuk memenuhi ketentuan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, yang berlaku.
