Terdapat 2 (dua) wartawan yang mengajukan pertanyaan dan secara keseluruhan pertanyaan yang diajukan tersebut telah dijawab oleh Direksi Perseroan yang hadir dalam Public Expose. Kalau iya, berapa besarannya? b) Berapa besar Capex yang disiapkan Perseroan dan telah terserap berapa saat ini, digunakan untuk apa? Jawaban: a) Pada RUPS Tahunan yang diadakan tadi pagi sebelum Public Expose ini, telah memutuskan bahwa Perseroan tidak membagikan dividen kepada pemegang saham. Alasan tidak ada pembagian dividen tersebut dikarenakan dana yang dihasilkan Perseroan pada tahun 2024 akan digunakan sebagai modal kerja untuk pengembangan perusahaan dan salah satu yang paling besar adalah untuk capex. b) Capex yang dipersiapkan untuk tahun 2025 ini cukup besar, salah satunya untuk pembelian PET Scan, seperti telah dipaparkan oleh dr. Juniwati Gunawan sebelumnya, bahwa RSGK telah membeli sebuah alat pendeteksi penyakit sejak dini, Biograph Vision Guadra PET/CT Scanner — PET/CT Scanner tercanggih dan pertama di Asia. Sesuai keterbukaan informasi kami ke public sebelumnya, harga pembelian alat ini sekitar Rp200M yang pembayarannya dilakukan secara bertahap, dimana sampai saat ini RSGK telah membayar sejumlah Rp50M. a) Was there any dividend distribution decided at the AGM today? If so, how much is it? b) How much Capex has been prepared by the Company and how much has been absorbed at this time, what is it used for? Answer: a) On the AGMS held this morning before the Public Expose, it was decided that the Company will not distribute dividends to shareholders. The reason for the non- distribution of dividends is that the profit generated by the Company in 2024 will be used as working capital for the Company's development and one of the largest is for capex. b) The capex prepared for 2025 is guite large, one of which is for the purchase of PET Scan, as previously explained by dr. Juniwati Gunawan, that RSGK has purchased an early disease detection device, the Biograph Vision @uadra PET/CT Scanner - the most advanced and first PET/CT Scanner in Asia. According to our previous information disclosure to the public, the purchase price of this device is around IDR 200 Billion which is paid in which is paid in installments, until now RSGK has paid an amount of IDR 50 Billion.

Jeruk, Jakarta Barat 11520 P :150789 W : www.grhakedoya.com RSGK mengalami kemunduran dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya dimana tidak hanya dialami oleh RSGK namun yang juga dirasakan oleh perusahan-perusahaan Tbk bidang kesehatan di Indonesia dimana kita lihat di laporan-laporan keuangan yang dipublish mengalami perlambatan karena pada tahun 2025 ini wabah penyakit mengalami penurunan signifikan dibanding kuartal pertama 2024. Kami berharap di kuartal selanjutnya kita dapat bertumbuh lebih baik lagi. Kami sebagai perusahaan dan rumah sakit yang juga bergantung pada pasien-psien asuransi swasta ini tentunya akan terus mensupport kebijakan yang dikeluarkan OJK terkait Co-payment ini. Kami selalu berdiskusi dengan perusahaan-perusahaan asuransi tentang bagaimana penerapannya secara teknis di lapangan. ARSSI juga mengadakan sosialisasi tentang peraturan ini, agar nanti pelaksanaannya dapat berjalan dengan lancar.
