berikut:
1. Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Medikaloka Hermina Tahap
II Tahun 2022 Seri A akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 15 Juli
2025.
2. Jumlah pokok Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Medikaloka
Hermina Tahap II Tahun 2022 Seri A sebesar
Rp37.000.000.000 (tiga puluh tujuh miliar rupiah) siap untuk
dilunasi sesuai dengan tanggal jatuh tempo.
3. Perusahaan berencana untuk membayar pokok
tersebut kas internal Perusahaan sebesar Rp37.000.000.000
(tiga puluh tujuh miliar rupiah), yang saat ini berada dalam
posisi kas dan bank Perusahaan.

Series A as follows:
1. Sustainable Bonds I Medikaloka Hermina Phase II Year
2022 Series A will mature on July 15, 2025.
2. The principal amount of Sustainable Bonds I Medikaloka
Hermina Phase II Year 2022 Series A of
Rp37,000,000,000 (thirty seven billion rupiah) is ready to be
paid off according to the maturity date.
3. The Company plans to pay the principal from the
Company's internal cash of Rp37,000,000,000 (thirty seven
billion rupiah), which is currently in the Company's cash and
bank position.
