Penyampaian Informasi, maka bersama ini perkenankanlah
kami untuk menyampaikan ringkasan perubahan Anggaran
Dasar Perseroan yang telah disetujui dalam Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) pada tanggal 10 Juni
2025, sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam akta pernyataan
keputusan RUPS Luar Biasa yang telah disetujui oleh Menteri
Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia
berdasarkan Keputusan Nomor AHU-
0040226.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2025 Tanggal 20 Juni 2025
tentang Persetujuan Perubahan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan
Terbatas.
Perubahan Anggaran Dasar Perseroan tersebut dilakukan
sehubungan dengan adanya penambahan kegiatan usaha
baru berupa penambahan Klasifikasi Baku Lapangan
Indonesia (KBLI) baru Perseroan yang secara khusus
mengubah Pasal 3 Anggaran Dasar Perseroan secara
keseluruhan (sebagaimana terlampir dalam surat ini).

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan,

Number I-E concerning Obligations for Submitting Information,
hereby allow us to submit a summary of the amendments to
the Company's Articles of Association that have been
approved in the Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders ("EGMS") on June 10, 2025, as stated in the
deed of statement of resolution of the Extraordinary GMS
which was approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights
of the Republic of Indonesia based on Decree Number AHU-
0040226.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2025 dated June 20, 2025
concerning Approval of Amendments to the Articles of
Association of Limited Liability Companies.
The amendment to the Company's Articles of Association was
made in connection with the addition of new business activities
in the form of the addition of the Company's new Indonesian
Field Standard Classification (KBLI) which specifically changes
Article 3 of the Company's Articles of Association as a whole
(as attached in this letter).
