Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk (“ACES”) pada tanggal 18 Juni
2025 tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai disampaikan bahwa sesuai hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Tahunan ACES pada tanggal 17 Juni 2025, ACES menyampaikan rencana pembagian Dividen
Tunai untuk periode tahun buku 2024 yang akan dibayar sebagai berikut:

OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
ACESDRCN5A AND ACESDRCQ5A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk (“ACES”) dated 18th June
2025, related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend it was conveyed that the Annual General Meeting
of Shareholders of ACES dated 17th June 2025, has resolved, ACES had a plan for the distribution of
dividends for the fiscal year 2024, which will be paid as follows:

formula below:

is traded on a cum-entitlement basis.
D : the dividend entitlement per 1 (one) underlying share held.

Kindly be noted that the adjustment might not be made if based on Issuer’s sole discretion and without
limitation, and without any obligation to Structured Warrant Holders, the Issuer deems no adjustment is
appropriate.
