PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (“Grup SIMP” atau “Perseroan”) pada hari ini mengadakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham
Tahunan (“RUPST"). Perseroan memperoleh persetujuan atas seluruh agenda RUPST.

Pada RUPST, para pemegang saham menyetujui antara lain:

e Laporan Tahunan Direksi mengenai kegiatan usaha dan kinerja keuangan Perseroan untuk tahun buku yang berakhir pada
tanggal 31 Desember 2024,

# Pembagian dividen tunai sebesar Rp20,- per lembar saham yang akan dibayarkan pada tanggal 22 Juli 2025,

# Menerima baik pengunduran diri seluruh anggota Dewan Komisaris dan Direksi Perseroan sehubungan dengan telah
berakhirnya masa jabatan mereka sejak ditutupnya RUPST ini dengan disertai ucapan terima kasih dan penghargaan yang
setinggi-tingginya atas pengabdian dan jasa-jasa mereka terhadap Perseroan: serta mengangkat anggota Dewan Komisaris
dan Direksi Perseroan untuk masa jabatan terhitung sejak ditutupnya RUPST ini sampai dengan penutupan RUPST Perseroan
pada tahun 2028, dengan susunan sebagai berikut:

PT Salim Ivomas Pratama Tbk (“SIMP Group” or “the Company”) today conducted Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
(“AGM”). The Company obtained the approval for all the proposed resolutions.

At the AGM, the shareholders approved, among others:

# The Annual Report of the Board of Directors on the activities and financial results of the Company for the year ended
December 31, 2024,

e Cash dividend distribution of Rp20.- per share to be paid on July 22, 2025,

e  Toaccept the resignation of all members of the Board of Commissioners and Directors in conjunction with the expiration of
their term of office at the closing of this AGM with appreciation and gratitude for their valuable contribution and services
to the Company: and to approve the appointment of the proposed members of the Board of Commissioners and Directors
of the Company for the period starting from the end of this AGM until the closing of AGM year 2028, with the following
