PENGUMUMAN

Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk (“INKP”) pada tanggal 18 Juni
2025 tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai disampaikan bahwa sesuai hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Tahunan INKP pada tanggal 16 Juni 2025, INKP menyampaikan rencana pembagian Dividen
Tunai untuk periode tahun buku 2024 yang akan dibayar sebagai berikut:

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF STRUCTURED WARRANT
INKPDRCN5A, INKPDRCQ5A, AND INKPDRCF6A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper Tbk (“INKP”) dated 18th June 2025,
related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend it was conveyed that the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders of INKP dated 16th June 2025, has resolved, INKP had a plan for the distribution of
dividends for the fiscal year 2024, which will be paid as follows:

Total Value of Dividend IDR 273.549.147.050
Other securities in the form of equity that are convertible into shares N/A

Exercise Ratio and Exercise Price of INKPDRCN5A, INKPDRCQ5A, and INKPDRCF6A will be adjusted
based on the formula below:

P : Closing Price of the Underlying share on the last market day on which the underlying share
is traded on a cum-entitlement basis.
D : the dividend entitlement per 1 (one) underlying share held.
X : the existing price immediately prior to dividend entitlement.
E : the existing exercise ratio immediately prior to the dividend entitlement.
Kindly be noted that the adjustment might not be made if based on Issuer’s sole discretion and without
limitation, and without any obligation to Structured Warrant Holders, the Issuer deems no adjustment is
appropriate.
