Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 18 Juni 2025, Perseroan telah menerima surat
dari Sdr. Albert Wicaksana mengenai penarikan kembali
permohonan pengunduran dirinya sebagai Direktur Perseroan
yang sebelumnya diajukan kepada Perseroan melalui surat
tertanggal 25 Maret 2025.
Penarikan kembali permohonan pengunduran diri tersebut
disampaikan oleh yang bersangkutan sebelum berakhirnya
jangka waktu 90 (sembilan puluh) bagi Perseroan untuk
menyelenggarakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham untuk
memutuskan permohonan pengunduran diri tersebut sesuai
Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 33/POJK.04/2014
Dengan demikian, permohonan pengunduran diri Sdr. Albert
Wicaksana tertanggal 25 Maret 2025 tersebut menjadi batal
dan Sdr. Albert Wicaksana tetap menjabat serta tercatat
sebagai Direktur Perseroan
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Penarikan kembali permohonan pengunduran ini tidak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan berdampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, kondisi hukum,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kondisi keuangan, maupun kelangsungan usaha Perseroan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau
Perusahaan Publik

Mr. Albert Wicaksana withdrew his resignation as Director

Description of Material Information or On 18 June 2025, the Company received a letter from Mr.
Facts Albert Wicaksana formally withdrawing his resignation as
Director of the Company, which had initially been submitted
through a letter dated 25 March 2025.
The withdrawal was submitted within the 90 (ninety)-day period
during which the Company is required to convene a General
Meeting of Shareholders to resolve upon such resignation, in
accordance with Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
33/POJK.04/2014.
Accordingly, the resignation request dated 25 March 2025 is
deemed withdrawn and no longer in effect, and Mr. Albert
Wicaksana shall continue to serve and remain duly registered
as a Director of the Company.
