Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Restrukturisasi kepemilikan saham dalam Perseroan berupa
pengalihan saham tanpa mengubah pengendali atas
Perseroan.
Chance Stand Finance Limited telah mengalihkan seluruh
saham miliknya dalam Perseroan kepada PT Cakra Semesta
Indonesia. Jumlah saham yang dialihkan sebanyak
685.199.832 (enam ratus delapan puluh lima juta seratus
sembilan puluh sembilan ribu delapan ratus tiga puluh dua)
saham yang mewakili 59,11% (lima puluh sembilan koma satu
satu persen) dari modal ditempatkan dan disetor dalam
Perseroan.
Chance Stand Finance Limited dan PT Cakra Semesta
Indonesia merupakan entitas yang dikendalikan oleh pihak
yang sama. Oleh karena itu, tidak terdapat perubahan
pengendali atas Perseroan sebagai akibat dari pelaksanaan
transaksi ini.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum,
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

Chance Stand Finance Limited has transferred all of its shares
in the Company to PT Cakra Semesta Indonesia. The number
of shares transferred is 685,199,832 (six hundred eighty-five
million one hundred ninety-nine thousand eight hundred thirty-
two) shares, representing 59.11% (fifty-nine point one one
percent) of the Company's issued and paid-up capital.
Chance Stand Finance Limited and PT Cakra Semesta
Indonesia are entities controlled by the same party. Therefore,
there is no change in control over the Company as a result of
the execution of this transaction.
