Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Menindaklanjuti pengumuman jadwal dan tata cara pembagian
dividen tunai dalam Ringkasan Risalah Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Tahunan 2025 Perseroan tertanggal 3 Juni
2025, bersama ini kami informasikan bahwa kurs konversi
yang akan digunakan untuk pembagian dividen tunai tahun
buku 2024 mengacu pada kurs tengah Bank Indonesia tanggal
16 Juni 2025, yaitu senilai Rp16.293,-/AS$ (enam belas ribu
dua ratus sembilan puluh tiga Rupiah per Dolar Amerika
Serikat).
Dengan demikian jumlah keseluruhan dividen tunai tahun buku
2024 Perseroan dalam mata uang Rupiah adalah sebesar
Rp1.954.993.092.330,- (satu triliun sembilan ratus lima puluh
empat miliar sembilan ratus sembilan puluh tiga juta sembilan
puluh dua ribu tiga ratus tiga puluh Rupiah) untuk
40.882.331.500 (empat puluh miliar delapan ratus delapan
puluh dua juta tiga ratus tiga puluh satu ribu lima ratus) saham
atau sebesar Rp47,82 (empat puluh tujuh koma delapan dua
Rupiah) per saham.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau

Information on the Exchange Rate for the Cash Dividend of PT
Type of Material Information or Facts Alamtri Minerals Indonesia Tbk (the Company)
Description of Material Information or Following up on the announcement on the schedule and
Facts mechanism of the cash dividend as stated in the summary
minute of the Company's annual general meeting of
shareholders of 2025 of June 3rd, 2025, we hereby announce
that the conversion exchange rate for the distribution of the
cash dividend for the fiscal year of 2024 shall be the middle
rate of Bank Indonesia of June 16th, 2025 of Rp16,293/US$
(sixteen thousand two hundred and ninety-three rupiah per
United States dollars).
Therefore, total cash dividend for the fiscal year of 2024 to be
distributed by the Company in Rupiah currency is
Rp1,954,993,092,330,- (one trillion nine hundred fifty-four
billion nine hundred ninety-three million ninety-two thousand
and three hundred thirty rupiah) for 40,882,331,500 (forty
billion eight hundred eighty-two million three hundred thirty-one
thousand five hundred) shares or Rp47.82 (forty-seven point
eight two rupiah) per share.
