Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Menindaklanjuti pengumuman jadwal dan tata cara pembagian
dividen tunai final dalam Ringkasan Risalah Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Tahunan 2025 Perseroan tertanggal 3 Juni
2025, bersama ini kami informasikan bahwa kurs konversi
yang akan digunakan untuk pembagian dividen tunai final
tahun buku 2024 mengacu pada kurs tengah Bank Indonesia
tanggal 16 Juni 2025, yaitu senilai Rp16.293/USD (enam belas
ribu dua ratus sembilan puluh tiga Rupiah per Dolar Amerika
Serikat).
Dengan demikian jumlah keseluruhan dividen tunai final tahun
buku 2024 Perseroan dalam mata uang Rupiah adalah
sebesar Rp4.887.885.324.823,- (empat triliun delapan ratus
delapan puluh tujuh miliar delapan ratus delapan puluh lima
juta tiga ratus dua puluh empat ribu delapan ratus dua puluh
tiga Rupiah) untuk 29.323.206.700 (dua puluh sembilan miliar
tiga ratus dua puluh tiga juta dua ratus enam ribu tujuh ratus)
saham atau sebesar Rp166,69,- (seratus enam puluh enam
koma enam sembilan Rupiah) per saham.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau

Conversion Exchange Rate for the Final Cash Dividend of PT
Type of Material Information or Facts Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (the Company) for the Fiscal
Year of 2024
Description of Material Information or Following up on the announcement on the schedule and
Facts mechanism of the final cash dividend as stated in the summary
minute of the Companys annual general meeting of
shareholders of 2025 of June 3rd, 2025, we hereby announce
that the conversion exchange rate for the distribution of the
final cash dividend for the fiscal year of 2024 shall be the
middle rate of Bank Indonesia of June 16th, 2025 of
Rp16,293/US$ (sixteen thousand two hundred and ninety-
three rupiah per United States dollars).
Therefore, total final cash dividend for the fiscal year of 2024
to be distributed by the Company in Rupiah currency is
Rp4,887,885,324,823,- (four trillion eight hundred eighty-seven
billion eight hundred eighty-five million three hundred twenty-
four thousand and eight hundred twenty-three rupiah) for
29,323,206,700 (twenty-nine billion three hundred twenty-three
million two hundred and six thousand seven hundred) shares
or Rp166.69,- (one hundred sixty-six point six nine rupiah) per
share.
