No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30 September 2022, bersama ini kami sampaikan bahwa saat ini Perseroan
sedang mempersiapkan Dana untuk Pelunasan pokok Obligasi Berkelanjutan I Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tahap II
Tahun 2024. Sumber dana yang digunakan untuk melunasi pokok efek tersebut berasal dari sebagian dana hasil
penerbitan Obligasi Berkelanjutan II Tahap I Tahun 2025 dengan jumlah pokok obligasi sebanyak-banyaknya sebesar
Rp700.000.000.000,- (tujuh ratus miliar rupiah).

In order to comply with provisions IV.2.11 of Regulation Number I-E Attachment to the Decision of the Board of Directors
of the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022, dated 30 September 2022, we would like to inform you
that the Company is preparing the funds for the repayment of Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Shelf Registered Bond I
Phase II Year 2024. The source of funds that will be used to repay the principal of the Bond comes from part of the
proceeds from the issuance of Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Shelf Registered Bond II Phase I Year 2025 with a
maximum principal amount of Rp700,000,000,000 (seven hundred billion rupiah).
Thus to be informed accordingly.
