Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pelunasan Fasilitas Pinjaman dengan Jenis Kredit Cash Coll
dengan Plafond yaitu Rp. 3.750.000.000,- yang telah
dilunaskan pada tanggal 1 Juli 2026.
Hal ini juga ditegaskan dengan telah diterimanya Surat
Keterangan Lunas dari Bank Pemberi Kredit yang telah
diterima pada hari Kamis, 9 Juli 2026 dimana Perseroan telah
melunasi pinjaman pada tanggal 1 Juli 2026.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Pelunasan ini akan berdampak terhadap berkurangnya kas
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional dimana dilaksanakannya pelunasan Pinjaman
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, Kredit tersebut, namun tidak memiliki dampak terhadap
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau kelancaran usaha operasional Perseroan.
Perusahaan Publik
Di sisi lain, ke depannya beban Perseroan menjadi lebih
ringan karena sudah tidak adanya Pinjaman Kredit. Pelunasan
Pinjaman Kredit ini tidak memiliki dampak hukum dan juga
dampak terhadap operasional Perseroan. Pelunasan Pinjaman
Kredit ini juga menunjukkan sehatnya keuangan Perseroan
dan terjaganya kelangsungan usaha emiten.

Description of Material Information or Repayment of the Cash Coll loan facility with a credit limit of
Facts Rp. 3,750,000,000, which was fully repaid on July 1, 2026.
This was further confirmed by the receipt of a Certificate of Full
Payment from the Lending Bank on Thursday, July 9, 2026,
stating that the Company had fully repaid the loan on July 1,
2026.
Impact of event, material information or This repayment will result in a reduction in operating cash at
