PT Perdana Karya Perkasa Tbk menjadi PT Paragon Karya
Perkasa Tbk.
Perubahan nama Perseroan ini tidak akan menyebabkan
penambahan atau perubahan kegiatan usaha Perseroan.

Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia through his
Decree Number AHU-0038496.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2025 dated
June 13, 2025, hereby through this letter the Company has
changed its name from previously PT Perdana Karya Perkasa
Tbk to PT Paragon Karya Perkasa Tbk.
The change in the Company's name above will not cause the
addition or change of the Company's business activities.
