DSS energy and infrastructure Uraian informasi atau fakta material Description of material information or facts Perseroan telah menyediakan dana untuk pelunasan pokok dan/atau pengembalian dana serta bunga dan/atau imbal hasil keempat Obligasi dan Sukuk Mudharabah Berkelanjutan I Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tahap Il Tahun 2024 Seri A yang akan jatuh tempo pada tanggal 15 Juni 2025 dengan tingkat bunga tetap dan/atau imbal hasil sebesar 7,546 per tahun. Dana tersebut akan disetorkan kepada PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia sebelum tanggal 15 Juni 2025. The Company has prepared funds for the repayment of the principal and/or return of funds as well as the fourth interest and/or profit-sharing of Shelf Registration Bonds and Sukuk Mudharabah I Dian Swastatika Sentosa Phase II Year 2024 Series A which will mature on June 15, 2025 with a fixed interest rate and/or profit-sharing ratio of 7.546 per annum. The funds will be transferred to PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia before June 15, 2025.
