Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (“PGEO”) pada tanggal 5
Juni 2025 tentang Aksi Korporasi – Dividen Tunai disampaikan bahwa sesuai hasil Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Tahunan PGEO pada tanggal 3 Juni 2025, PGEO menyampaikan rencana

OF STRUCTURED WARRANT PGEODRCN5A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Pertamina Geothermal Energy Tbk (“PGEO”) dated 5 th June
2025, related to Corporate Action – Cash Dividend it was conveyed that the Annual General Meeting
of Shareholders of PGEO dated 3rd June 2025, has resolved, PGEO had a plan for the distribution of
dividends for the fiscal year 2024, which will be paid as follows:
