Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 12 Juni 2025, Perseroan melalui PT.Modifikasi
Bitumen Sumatera (MBS) yang merupakan Anak
Perusahaannya, memperoleh kontrak material sebesar Rp.
40.960.000.000,- (Empat Puluh Miliar Sembilan Ratus Enam
Puluh Juta Rupiah) dari PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR).
Kontrak Payung yang diperoleh oleh MBS adalah untuk supply
Aspal Emulsi tipe CMS-2 sebanyak 3800 MT.
MBS merupakan Anak Perusahaan dari Perseroan dengan
kepemilikan saham 99,98%. MBS berkedudukan
berkedudukan di Kabupaten Muara Enim, Provinsi Sumatera
Selatan, yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan aspal dan
memiliki fasilitas produksi untuk menghasilkan produk produk
unggulan seperti Aspal Emulsi, Aspal Polimer, Aspal Karet,
Aspaltic Plug dan Cold Mix.
PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) adalah anak perusahaan dari
PT. Pertamina (Persero) yang mengelola Blok Rokan sebagai
salah satu blok minyak terbesar di Indonesia setelah alih
kelola dari Chevron. PHR beroperasi di bawah Subholding
Upstream, PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), dan menjadi
ujung tombak produksi migas nasional.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Kejadian tersebut berpotensi meningkatkan pendapatan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan.

Description of Material Information or On 12th of June 2025, the Company through PT. Modifikasi
Facts Bitumen Sumatera as its subsidiary company has acquired a
material contract worth Rp. 40,960,000,000,- (Forty Billion
Nine Hundred Sixty Million Rupiah) with PT Pertamina Hulu
Rokan. The blanket contract is obtained by PT Modifikasi
Bitumen Sumatera to supply Emulsion Bitumen type CMS-2
with quantity 3800MT.
MBS is a subsidiary of the Company with a share ownership of
99.98%. MBS is domiciled in Muara Enim Regency, South
Sumatra Province, and engaged in asphalt processing at its
production facilities to produce superior products such as
Emulsion Asphalt, Polymer Asphalt, Rubber Asphalt, Asphalt
Plug and Cold Mix.
PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) is a subsidiary of PT
Pertamina (Persero) that manages the Rokans Block as one
of the largest oil blocks in Indonesia after the transfer of
management from Chevron. PHR operates under the
Upstream Subholding, PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE), and
is the spearhead of national oil and gas production.
