OF STRUCTURED WARRANT ADRODRCX5A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (“ADRO”) dated 3rd June
2025, related to Corporate Action – with the results of Tahunan General Meeting the dated 2nd June
2025, has resolved, ADRO had a plan for the distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2024, which
will be paid as follows:
