IUP PT Kendawangan Berkah Kersik is
administratively located in Natai Kuini Village,
Kendawangan Subdistrict, Ketapang Regency,
West Kalimantan Province, where the entire
area is designated as Other Use Area (APL).

Parties Conducting Exploration:

e Preparation of the UKL-UPL was carried out
by PT. KBK's own team with the assistance of
consultants from CV Ail Enviro Consult with
contract number: 01/KK-KBK/11/2025.

e Preparation of Reclamation Plan Documents
for the Exploration Period by the PT. KBK
Team, assisted by consultants from PT. Geo
Persada Mineral.

# Aerial photo mapping using drones/UAVs by
the Drone Sumatera team, namely Mr. Dhoni
Zakaria Randani, ST. MT, asan expert through
a work contract agreement with contract
number: 04/KK-KBK/V/2025.

e Exploration activities by using the Electrical
Resistivity Tomography (ERT) and core
drilling by full coring method and Standard
Penetration Test (SPT) by PT. Agrinas Palma
Nusantara (APN) and laboratory sample
testing analysis in collaboration with the
Tekmira Laboratory in Bandung with contract
number: 03/KK-KBK/IV/2025.

e Study of Regulations and Engineering
Principles in the Fields of Environment,
Spatial Planning and Energy and Mineral
Resources by DRPM, Brawijaya University
with contract number: 05/KK-KBK/IX/2025.

Ringkasan Kegiatan:

PT DANAU BUNTAR KUARSA (PT. DBK) aktivitas pada
periode triwulan kedua yang berakhir 30 Juni 2026
(“O2”) telah menyelesaikan pemenuhan persyaratan
penerbitan IUP Eksplorasi. PT DBK telah terdaftardan
secara resmi dalam Minerbaone sebagai sistem
terpadu baru yang berlaku di ESDM, serta
memperoleh PKPLH (Persetujuan Pernyataan
Kesanggupan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup), dari
PTSP a/n Gubernur Kalbar dengan nomor
500.16.7.2/51/PKPLH/DPMPTSP-A pada tanggal 29
Desember 2025. Setelah terbitnya IUP Ekplorasi no.
14052402473090010 pada tanggal 25 Agustus 2025,
selanjutnya dilakukan pengajuan KTT, pengajuan
proses pinjam pakai kawasan hutan (IPPKH),
finalisasi pemetaan topografi menggunakan UAV,
penyusunan dokumen Rencana Reklamasi,
penyusunan Rencana Kerja Anggaran Biaya (RKAB)
Eksplorasi 2026 pada area kerja PT. DBK seluas 4.388
Ha sebagaimana gambar dibawah.

EXPLORATION REPORT O2 2026
Activity Summary:

PT DANAU BUNTAR KUARSA (PT. DBK) activities
during the second guarter period ended on June
30, 2026, has completed the reguirements forthe
issuance of the IUP Exploration. PT DBK has
Officially registered in Minerbaone, the new
integrated system implemented by the Ministry of
Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), and
obtained the PKPLH (Approval of the Statement of
Environmental Management Commitment) from
the PTSP on behalf of the Governor of West
Kalimantan, with number
500.16.7.2/51/PKPLH/DPMPTSP-A, dated
December 29, 2025. Following the issuance of the
IUP Exploration No. 14052402473090010 on
August 25, 2025,: the proposal of the Chief Mining
Engineer or Kepala Teknik Tambang (KTT) has been
submitted as well as the application forthe Borrow
To Use of the Forest Area Permit (IPPKH),
finalization of the topographic mapping using
UAVs, preparation of the Reclamation Plan
document, and preparation of the Exploration
Work and Budget Plan (RKAB) 2026 for PT. DBK's
work area covering 4,888 hectares, as shown in the
figure below.

berada pada Desa Air Hitam Hulu, Kecamatan

Produksi (HP), sehingga PT. DBK wajib
melaksanakan proses PPKH (Persetujuan

approximately Rp1.04 million (one billion forty
million Rupiah), consisting of the submission of a
KTT application, the finalization of topographic

Area (IPPKH), the preparation of a reclamation
plan, and the preparation of the exploration
budget and work plan (RKAB) 2026.

Exploration Activities Area:

PT DBK Danau Buntar Kuarsa's Exploration IUP is
administratively located in Air Hitam Hulu Village,
Kendawangan Subdistrict, Ketapang Regency,
West Kalimantan Province.

All areas are Production Forest (HP) zones, so PT.
DBK is reguired to procure the licensing process
for the Borrow to Use Forest Area (IPPKH)for the
exploration period.

Activity Summary:

PT KENDAWANGAN PRIMA SILIKA (PT. KPS) in the
second guarter period ended on June 30, 2026
(“A2”) focused on fulfilling the reguirements for
the issuance of the Work Plan and Budget (RKAB).
Following the issuance of Exploration Mining
Business License No. 14052402641390010 on
August 25, 2025 (IUP Exploration, the company
proceeded with the appointment of a Chief Mining
Engineer (KTT), proceeded licensing process for
Borrow-to-Use Forest Area Permits (Izin Pinjam
Pakai Kawasan Hutan — “IPPKH”), topographic
mapping using UAVs, the preparation of the
Reclamation Plan (RR) documents, and the
preparation of the 2026 Exploration Work Plan and
Budget (RKAB). PT. KPS's work area covers 2,965
hectares, as shown in the figure below.
