The Issuer had declared a plan for rights issue in accordance with the results of AGM dated 22 January 2025
with the following details:
Number of new shares to be issued Sejumlah 743.366.636 Shares
Plans in the use of proceeds All funds obtained from PMHMETD I after being
reduced by issuance costs, will be used for:
1) Approximately 85% will be used to pay off part
of the Company's loans; and
