menerima Surat Keputusan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi
Manusia Republik Indonesia Nomor AHU-
0037594.AH.01.02.TAHUN 2025 tanggal 11 Juni 2025 (SK
Menkumham) mengenai pengurangan modal ditempatkan dan
disetor Perseroan. SK Menkumham ini merupakan persetujuan
atas hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) Tahunan
Perseroan yang diadakan pada tanggal 10 April 2025, dimana
sebelumnya modal ditempatkan dan disetor Perseroan adalah
berjumlah berjumlah 2.259.292.880, dan berubah menjadi
2.258.279.280.
