Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT Indosat Tbk (“ISAT”) pada tanggal 02 Juni 2025 tentang Aksi
Korporasi – Dividen Tunai disampaikan bahwa sesuai dengan hasil RUPS tahunan pada tanggal 28

TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF STRUCTURED WARRANT ISATDRCG6A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT Indoesat Tbk (“ISAT”) dated 2 nd June 2025, related to
Corporate Action – with the results of Tahunan General Meeting on the dated 28th May 2025, has
resolved, ISAT had a plan for the distribution of dividends for the fiscal year 2024, which will be paid as
follows:

underlying share is traded on a cum-entitlement basis.

E : 6, the existing exercise ratio immediately prior to the dividend entitlement.
