Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor
Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 perihal Perubahan
Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban
Penyampaian Informasi, bersama ini Perseroan
menyampaikan bahwa Perseroan telah
mempersiapkan dana pembayaran pokok dan
bunga Obligasi I KB Finansia Multi Finance Tahun
2022 Seri B (“Obligasi”) yang akan jatuh tempo
pada tanggal 22 Juli 2025 sebesar
Rp319.416.877.500 ,- .

Dana pelunasan pokok termasuk pembayaran
bunga atas Obligasi tersebut akan disetorkan ke
dalam rekening PT Kustodian Sentral Efek
Indonesia (KSEI) secara tepat waktu sesuai
dengan jadwal yang telah ditentukan.

In order to be in compliance with Provision IV.2.11
of Decree of the Board of Indonesia Stock
Exchange Number Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022
concerning the amendment to Regulation Number
I-E on Information Disclosure Obligation, thus the
Company hereby informs that it has prepared the
fund for the principal and interest settlement of KB
Finansia Multi Finance I Bonds Year 2022 Series B
(“Bonds”) which will mature on July 22, 2025,
amounting to IDR319,416,877,500 -.

The fund for the Bond's principal settlement,
including its interest payment, will be deposited
into the PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia
(KSEI) account promptly according to the specified
schedule.

Thus, we convey this report. Thank you for your
